Uganda has excellent national parks such as Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park where game viewing safaris is possible. The chimpanzees of Kibale National Park are only one species of monkeys which lives in Uganda. Bwindi National Park or Mgahinga National Park are very popular areas to track the endangered mountain.

Mountain trekking is also a popular activity in Uganda with many peaks to suit all levels of fitness and experience.
