Your booking request has to be made in writing and a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% has to be remitted at least 4 Weeks prior to safari commencement. Any booking made within 60 days prior to clients arrival, full payments is required to confirm the booking. The following cancellation fee will be subject to cancelled bookings:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival date 30%
- 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival 50%
- 29 days to No show prior to arrival 100%
No Refund will be given to the following:
- Itinerary amended after departure.
- There will be no refunds from World Air Travel and Tours Ltd for any unused portions of the tour.
- Lost Travel time or substitution of facilities.
- No tour refund is available should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion.
